摘要
以新疆骏枣和灰枣为材料,探讨超声波提取膨大剂吡效隆与赤霉酸的条件。分别考察提取溶剂、提取时间、提取温度、料液比、提取次数及提取功率对吡效隆和赤霉酸提取率的影响。结果表明:提取溶剂为甲醇,提取时间为63min、提取温度为47℃、料液比为1:12.4、提取3次、提取功率为70W,该提取条件能有效地提取出红枣中的吡效隆与赤霉酸。
The ultrasonic extraction conditions of forchlorfenuron（CPPU） and gibberellin acid（GA3） were investigated using jujubes（Ziziphus jujuba cv.Huizao and Junzao） in Xinjiang.The effects of extraction solvent,extraction time,extraction temperature,solid-liquid ratio,extraction times and extraction power on extraction rate of CPPU and GA3 were analyzed,respectively.The results showed that the optimum extracting conditions were：with extraction solvent using methanol,extraction time of 63 min,temperature at 47 ℃,solid-liquid ratio of 1：12.4,with 3 times and power of 70 W,respectively.The results indicate that the extraction condition can effectively extract CPPU and GA3 in jujube.
