摘要
以新疆骏枣和灰枣为材料,探讨超声波提取膨大剂吡效隆与赤霉酸的条件。分别考察提取溶剂、提取时间、提取温度、料液比、提取次数及提取功率对吡效隆和赤霉酸提取率的影响。结果表明:提取溶剂为甲醇,提取时间为63min、提取温度为47℃、料液比为1:12.4、提取3次、提取功率为70W,该提取条件能有效地提取出红枣中的吡效隆与赤霉酸。
The ultrasonic extraction conditions of forchlorfenuron(CPPU) and gibberellin acid(GA3) were investigated using jujubes(Ziziphus jujuba cv.Huizao and Junzao) in Xinjiang.The effects of extraction solvent,extraction time,extraction temperature,solid-liquid ratio,extraction times and extraction power on extraction rate of CPPU and GA3 were analyzed,respectively.The results showed that the optimum extracting conditions were:with extraction solvent using methanol,extraction time of 63 min,temperature at 47 ℃,solid-liquid ratio of 1:12.4,with 3 times and power of 70 W,respectively.The results indicate that the extraction condition can effectively extract CPPU and GA3 in jujube.
