猕猴桃中吡效隆和高效氯氟氰菊酯残留的高效液相色谱分析 被引量:3

摘要 为建立同时检测猕猴桃中吡效隆和高效氯氟氰菊酯残留的快速分析方法,采用乙腈超声萃取样品,经弗罗里硅土-活性炭柱净化,以丙酮/正己烷洗脱,HPLC-UV检测,外标法定量,研究了吡效隆和高效氯氟氰菊酯在猕猴桃中的残留分析方法。结果表明:吡效隆和高效氯氟氰菊酯的混合标样添加水平为0.1~5.0mg/kg时,平均回收率分别为85.92%~91.66%和86.74%~99.76%,相对标准偏差均小于5%,检出限分别为0.033mg/kg和0.037mg/kg。该法简便快速,灵敏度高,适用于猕猴桃中吡效隆和高效氯氟氰菊酯的残留量测定。 To explore a simultaneous detection method of forchlorfenuron and lamhda-cyhalothrin residue in Chinese gooseberry, the residues of forchlorfenuron and lambda-cyhalothrin in Chinese gooseberry were extracted by acetonitrile by ultrasonic, purified on the column of Forisil activated carbon, eluted with acetone/n-hexane, and determined by HPLC equipped with UV detector. The results showed that recoveries of forchlorfenuron and lambda-cyhalothrin were 85.92=91.66M and 86.74%-99.76% measured at 0.01=5.0 mg/kg fortification level, respectively. The relative standard deviation was less than 5 ~. The detection limit of forchlorfenuron and lambda-cyhalothrin were 0. 033 mg/kg and 0. 037 mg/kg, respectively. The method was proved to be simple, rapid, sensitive, reproducible and applicable for the residue determination of forchlorfenuron and lambda-cyhalothrin in Chinese gooseberry.
