关节镜辅助下微创经皮锁定加压钢板内固定治疗Pilon骨折 被引量：15

摘要 目的探讨踝关节镜辅助下微创经皮锁定加压钢板(LCP)内固定治疗Pilon骨折的疗效及可行性。方法对23例Pilon骨折运用关节镜辅助下微创经皮LCP内固定治疗。结果 23例均获平均16个月随访,无感染、皮肤坏死、骨折不愈合、内固定失败,术后随访踝关节功能良好。结论踝关节镜辅助下微创经皮LCP内固定治疗Pilon骨折可减少创伤性关节炎的发生,具有软组织损伤小、血供破坏少、内固定稳固、可早期功能锻炼等优点。
