摘要
微型企业占我国企业总数的大多数,微型企业由于先天的不足在吸引人才方面存在一些障碍;然而微型企业可以发挥人员少、层级少、利于沟通以及直接面对市场等方面的优势,从交易、关系、平衡和预防变动性四个维度激励员工,使员工与企业间达成心理契约,提高员工满意感,进而提高企业绩效,促进微型企业可持续发展。
Micro-enterprises account for the majority of the total number in China. There are some obstacles in attracting talents due to the inherent deficiencies, however, micro-enterprises can make full use of its advan- tages such as fewer personnel, fewer hierarchy, and direct communication as well as directly facing the market to motivate the staff from the four dimensions, namely transaction, relationship, balance and variability in order to bring about the psychological contract between the staff and the enterprise. Only by this way can improve the satisfaction and performance of the staff so as to promote the sustainable development of micro-enterprises.
