摘要
采用顶空固相微萃取法(GC-MS分析)测定了皖北沿淮地区播娘蒿种子油脂肪酸成分,采用文献对比法研究了不同地区播娘蒿种子油脂肪酸成分的差异。结果表明,皖北地区播娘蒿种子含油量为42.60%,高于四川、陕西地区。播娘蒿种子富含饱和脂肪酸和不饱和脂肪酸,主要为棕榈酸、油酸、亚油酸、亚麻酸、花生烯酸等,其中α—亚麻酸、亚油酸、油酸含量丰富。不同地区播娘蒿种子油脂肪酸含量有明显差异,皖北地区播娘蒿种子油酸、亚油酸含量稍高于川、陕,亚麻酸含量低于川、陕,芥酸含量与川、陕地区接近。播娘蒿种子油具有很好的开发和利用价值。
The fatty acid ingredient difference of Descurainia sophia from different areas were studied by analysis determination and literature comparison. The result showed that the seed oil content and fatty acid ingredient of Descurainia sophia from different areas were significantly different. The seed oil content of Descurainia sophia was 42.60%, the seed oil content of Descurainia Sophia in north of Anhui was higher than that in Sichuan and Shanxi. The seed oil of Descurainia sophia was rich in saturated fatty acid and unsaturated fatty acid, such as saturated fatty acids and unsaturated fatty acids, and further determined mainly for palmitic acid, oleic acid, lin- oleic acid, linolenic acid, Peanut acid, Alpha- the linolenic acid and linoleic acid were rich. The seed oil of Descurainia sophia can be used as an excellent oil.
