摘要 在充分分析国内外相关产品的基础上,研制出一种带有水温控制、水疗功能的重障者智能辅助洗浴器控制系统。该系统采用TI的DSP2812作为核心控制器,通过分布在浴缸周围的传感器,能够即时得到洗浴环境的参数信息,并有报警系统和漏电保护功能。温度控制采用了传统的PI控制算法,上位机监控软件用组态王编写。此系统具有成本低、模块化设计、易于维护、安全性高等特点,在康复领域具有较好的应用前景。 An intelligent bathing technical aid control system is designed based on a comprehensive analysis of the related domestic and foreign products. It has the function of temperature control and water therapy. Using DSP2812 as its core pro- cessor, the system can collect the information around the bath tub, including temperature, water level etc. The traditional PI algorithm has been applied for temperature control and Kingview runs on the host computer for monitoring. Due to its low cost, simple structure and safety, the system has a good prospect in the field of rehabilitation.
