摘要
本文通过提出什么是教育管理,为什么要进行教育管理以及如何进行教育管理这三个问题,然后进行探讨和回答,得出教育管理的元价值是为了实现个体自由全面的发展。
This paper brings up three questions：what is the education management,why we need the education management and how to put it into force.And then relevant discussions and answers are given.Hence,it is concluded that the essential value of the education management is to realize the overall development of individuals.
