摘要 本文总结了医院院长办公室来访投诉的特点及医患纠纷的原因,提出防范医患纠纷的几点看法,要提高医患沟通的能力,加强医德医风建设,落实构建和谐医患关系各项措施,医务人员应认真学习相关法律法规,患者及家属应当遵守医疗机构的有关规章制度,完善医疗责任保险体系,强化新闻媒体的正确引导。 By summarizing characteristics and reasons of complaints and medical disputes at the hospital office, the paper put forward some opinions to prevent medical disputes, such as improving the ability of the doctor-patient communication, strengthening medical ethics construction, implementation of building a harmoni- ous doctor-patient relationship, medical personnel' s learning relevant laws and regulations, patients and their family members' abiding by the rules and regulations of medical institutions, perfecting the medical liability insurance system and strengthening the correct guidance of the news media.
