摘要 Lgr5(leucine-rich repeat-containing g-protein coupled receptor5)属于G蛋白耦联受体家族,含17个富含亮氨酸重复序列和7次a螺旋跨膜区,其N-和C-末端尾部侧翼富含半胱氨酸序列,可在胃肠道、毛囊等多种组织中表达.Lgr5是最新发现的Wnt通路的靶基因,而且是潜在的结肠癌干细胞标志物,与结肠癌的发生和发展密切相关,现就Lgr5与结肠癌的关系作一综述. Leucine-rich repeat-containing G-protein coupled receptor 5 (Lgr5), a member of the G protein- coupled receptor family, contains 17 leucine- rich repeats and N- and C-terminal cysteine-rich flanking domains. Lgr5 is a marker for stem cells in the stomach, small intestine, colon, and hair follicles. Recently, Lgr5 has been identified as a target of Wnt signaling. As a potential marker for colorectal cancer stem cells, Lgr5 might be responsible for the initiation and progression of colorectal cancer. In this article we review recent progress in understanding the relationship between Lgr5 and colorectal cancer.
