乙酸法制浆副产物半纤维素水解的初步研究 被引量:1

摘要 乙酸法制浆可以分离得到较大含量的半纤维素副产物,且分离方法简单。利用离子色谱分析了玉米秸秆乙酸制浆副产物半纤维素糖溶液中的单糖组成情况,并对其进行水解,分析了水解条件对单糖组成的影响。结果表明:玉米秸秆乙酸制浆副产物半纤维素糖溶液中约有10%左右的单糖;低硫酸浓度(1%)和较长水解时间(2h)时获得的单糖总量最大,能达到38%左右;增加硫酸浓度(大于1%),木糖降低幅度很大;硫酸浓度大于2%时,葡萄糖进一步降解反应也很明显;增加硫酸浓度有利于低聚糖降解得到甘露糖,但阿拉伯糖、半乳糖受硫酸浓度变化的影响很小。 Acetosolv pulping can easily fractionate plenty of hemicellulose as by-product. The separated hemicellulose from corn stalk by acetosolv pulping was hydrolyzed by dilute sulfuric acid and monosaccharide components in hemicellulose fractionation and hydrolysis were investigated by ion exchange ch romatog ram. The results show that there is about 10% monosaccharides in hemicellulose fractionation. Low sulfuric acid concentration(1%) and long hydrolysis time(2h) can get maximum amount of monosaccharides, about 38%. Content of xylose and glucose would be substantially cut down when sulfuric acid concentration rises over 1% for xylose and 2% for glucose. Contents of mannose rise as sulfuric acid concentration increases, but contents of arabinose, galactose varies little when sulfuric acid concentration changes.
