摘要
传统的低频减载一般不考虑抽水蓄能的调节作用,抽水蓄能在抽水工况下相当于负荷。文中提出在电网发生大规模功率缺额导致频率急剧下降的情况下,在特定频率段采用低频切泵配合低频减载的方法来抑制电网频率下降,减小切负荷量;重点研究了低频切泵和低频减载的协调,给出了两者优化目标函数及其约束条件;运用惩罚函数法优化计算结果,得到最佳低频切泵方案。最后,利用仿真软件模拟故障场景进行仿真分析,仿真结果表明,所提出的方法能有效抑制电网频率崩溃。
The traditional strategy of under frequency load shedding does not consider regulation of the pumped storage station(PSS).PSS is regarded as load in the state of pumping.The idea of using the coordination scheme of under frequency pump shedding(UFPS) and under frequency load shedding(UFLS) to inhibit the frequency dropping and reduce load in specific frequency ranges in case of frequency decreasing sharply caused by large-scale power shortage is proposed in the paper.The coordination of UFPS and UFLS is studied in this paper,and the optimal objective function and constraints for both shedding are also given.By using penalty function to optimize the calculation results,optimal UFPS scheme is obtained.Finally,simulations of faults analysis by simulation software prove that this method can inhibit grid frequency collapse effectively.
