摘要
站在文化和职业生存的视角,教师职业体现了民族性、国家性和世界性属性。在越来越多的积聚普适价值的时代,在新的全球化体系中,由于不同文化的交融与冲突,教师职业在被不断趋平的同时,也呈现了教师"和而不同"的立体性角色生存。
From the perspective of culture and professional survival, the teacher profession bears the ethnic, national and global properties. With the accumulating of more and more universal values of the times, in the new system of globalization, due to a blend of different cultures and conflicts, the teaching profession is not only constantly flattening, but also presents teachers' three-dimensional role of survival of being kindly to but different from others.
