摘要
为深化职业教育教学改革,全面推进素质教育,提高人才培养质量,高职院校必须坚持以教学为中心,改变传统的教学模式、教学方法、教学手段以及考核评价方式。与之相适应,还要改革高职院校班级组织的传统管理方法,创新高职院校班级组织项目化管理方式,彰显职业教育的活力与特色。文章通过分析高职院校班级组织项目化管理方式的特点、意义、支撑条件,探究高职院校班级组织项目化管理的运行方式,引领大学生合理规划学业生涯和职业生涯,提高综合素质和职业能力,实现未来的职业愿景。
