以GB 4926-2008规定的方法,建立不确定度的数学模型,系统分析、计算不确定度各分量,充分分析了操作过程中的不确定来源,较为全面地评定了红曲米粉中色价测量过程的不确定度。建立了一种简单、实用的测定食品添加剂中色价的不确定度评定方法。
According to a method GB 4926-2008, the mathematical model was established, and influencing factors were systematically analyzed. The component uncertainty that affected the result was evaluated and calculated respectively. The uncertainty in the determination of color value was comprehensively evaluated. In the process of color value meastring, also create a convenient and applicable way to measure the uncertainty of color value in food additive.
