摘要
通过正交实验和单因素实验,研究高锰酸钾溶液对CS刺激剂的洗消效果,分析了高锰酸钾溶液浓度、反应温度、反应时间和硼酸用量4个因素对洗消效果的影响。实验结果显示:当高锰酸钾溶液浓度为0.015%、反应温度为30℃、反应时间为15min、硼酸用量为2%时,反应转换率达到最高。研究表明,低浓度的高锰酸钾溶液可以在短时间内对CS进行有效、安全的洗消,且符合对人体安全性的要求。
On the basis of the main decomposition pathways of CS, the decontamination effect of potassium permanganate solution on CS simulant is studied through the orthogonal and single factor experiment. In this paper, four factors including concentration, temperature, time and catalyst amount are relevant with decontamination conversion rate. Through experi-merit we seethat the reaction conversion rate reaches maximum under the conditions that concentration is 0. 015%,reaction temperature is 30℃,Catalyst amount is 2% of reactants and reaction time is 10min. The results of test indicate that potassium permanganate solu-tion at the low concentration can finish the effective and safe decontamination of CS in a short time, which is also in accordance with the requirements of human security.
