摘要
目的评估2010—2011年全国职业病网络直报系统运行质量。方法利用Excel 2010、SPSS 18软件,通过及时率、往年病例补报情况和从病例确诊到网络报告的时间间隔分布,分别对2010—2011年报告进职业病网络直报系统的《职业病报告卡》、《尘肺病报告卡》数据的及时性进行分析。结果①《尘肺病报告卡》2010年报告及时率为63.97%,2011年为57.79%,其中死亡病例报告及时率(19.85%)低于新病例(61.44%)及晋期病例(64.37%)。《职业病报告卡》2010年报告及时率为70.27%,2011年为62.77%。②往年病例补报记录2010年为5.65%,2011年为11.51%。③从确诊到填写纸质报告卡的时间间隔长于从填写纸质报告卡到网络报告。结论职业病网络直报系统的报告及时性有所提高,死亡病例信息为报告工作的难点;职业病确诊病例的漏报调查促进了对既往确诊病例的补报;在报告环节中诊断组占用时间长于网络报告人员。
[Objective]To evaluate the running status of the National report system for occupational diseases in the period from 2010 to 2011.[Methods]By using Excel 2010 and SPSS 18.0,investigating the promptness rate,supplementary reports diagnosed in previous years,and the distribution of the interval between diagnosis and network report,the timeliness of data from the Occupational disease report form and the Pneumoconiosis report form were analyzed.[Results]①The promptness rate of the Pneumoconiosis report form in 2010 and 2011 was 63.97% and 57.79% respectively.The promptness rate of death cases（19.85%） was lower than that of the new cases（61.44%） and recent cases（64.37%）.The promptness rate of the Occupational disease report form in 2010 and 2011 was 70.27% and 62.77% respectively.②5.65% of cases reported in 2010 and 11.51% reported in 2011 were diagnosed in previous years.③The interval between diagnosis and filling-in the paper form was longer than the interval between filling-in the paper form and network report.[Conclusion]The timeliness of National report system for occupational diseases has been improved,however the death cases are the difficult point of report.The investigation on missing reports has promoted the supplementary reports which were diagnosed in previous years.In the process of report,the procedure for diagnostic staff to fill out paper record takes longer time than the procedure for report staff to submit network.
