摘要
氢能是当今人类理想的清洁能源。在煤炭地下气化过程中 ,制氢原理包括H2 O (气态 )的分解、热解作用及CO的变换反应。实验室模型实验、煤炭地下气化半工业性试验及工业性试验结果表明 ,采用长通道、大断面、双火源、两阶段煤炭地下气化新工艺 ,可实现所生产的地下水煤气中H2 含量基本均在 50 %以上 ,最高可达 72 3 6%。
The nitrogen energy is best rational clean energy for the human at present. According to the continued increasing demands of nitrogen, the paper pointed the study of nitrogen making technology with underground coal gasified gas. The paper introduced the basic theory of underground coal gasification and the nitrogen making principle. During the coal exchange reactions, the nitrogen is mainly came from steam dissolution, hot dissolution and carbon monoxide exchange reaction. To further improve the continuity stability of the nitrogen making, a new underground two stages gasification technology with a long channel, large cross section and two fire resources was used during the underground coal gasification mode experiment, semi industrial test and a industrial test. The test results shown that a H 2 content in the underground coal gas is basically to 50 % and the max 72.36 %. Therefore the new technology of the coal gasification is rational and reliable. Due to the high potential in the market, a commercial production of H 2 with underground coal gasification gas will have a great economic and environment benefits.
