摘要
介绍了唐山刘庄煤矿煤炭地下气化工业性试验的气化条件、气化炉结构、测试系统、基本原理及试验结果,并对试验结果进行了分析.地下气化工业性试验的成功,表明我国煤炭地下气化向商业化应用迈出了一大步,进一步证明了长通道大断面两阶段地下气化新技术工艺的合理性及可行性,得出了该工业性试验工艺可以在我国衰老报废矿井中推广应用的结论.
The conditions, stove constructions, test systems, basic principles, and results of the industrial experiment of underground coal gasification (UCG) in, Liuzhuang Tangshan Coal Mine are introduced, and the experiment data have been analyzed. The success of the industrial experiment indicates that the UCG has taken a long step forward for its commercialization application in China, and it further proves the reasonableness and feasibility of new technique of long tunnel, large section and two stagegasification. It can be concluded that the technique will be popularized and applied conveniently in aged and abomdoned mines in China.
