摘要
应用聚类分析方法分析了商业模式创新的影响因素,研究发现当前市场需求的强度、市场竞争的强度、市场竞争公平性、政府对创新的支持程度、企业文化、企业和员工的创新素质、企业创新能力、企业激励等因素都是影响商业模式创新的重要因素,而在这些影响因素中,又以企业家和员工的创新意识、企业激励、市场竞争强度影响最大。研究进一步表明产品需求比较好的企业反而缺乏创新的意识,市场竞争是商业模式创新最重要的推动力。
Clustering method Model is applied in this paper to take an analysis on influence factors in business model innovaion. It is found in my study that the followings are all contributing as important factors to influence business model innovations: the intensity of current market demand and market compitition; the equity of market compitition; support level of government toward business innovatio; business culture; innovative quality both of enterprise and of employees; innovative ability of enterprises and the incentive of enterprise. Of all the important influence factors, three are working more effectively they are the innovative consciousness both of entrepreneurs and of employees; the incentive of enterprise and intensity of market compitition. Meanwhile, it is indicated in my study that those enterprises whose products are more demanded tend to be weaker in innova- Therefore, market compitition is the most essential initiatives to boost business model innovation.
