摘要 先进控制系统效益明显,在国内石化企业得到了广泛的应用。以惠州炼油蜡油加氢裂化为工业背景,采用SMOC和RQE控制技术软件开发先进控制,获得了成功的应用并取得预期的效果,提高了装置操作的平稳性,优化反应温度延长催化剂寿命,有效地降低操作人员的劳动强度。 The benefits of advanced process control system were obvious, which was widely used in the domestic petrochemical enterprises. Utilizing SMOC and RQE control software to develop APC system for VGO hydrocracking unit in Huizhou Refining & Petrochemicals Company, CNOOC, the application was very successfully and achieved the expected results, the smooth operation of the unit was improved, the optimal reaction temperature was optimized and the catalyst life was prolonged, the labor intensity of the operator was effectively reduced.
