摘要
针对某石化公司的加氢裂化装置和生产工艺,设计并实现了一个紧急停车系统。利用Tricon配置了系统硬件,它由主系统、工程师站、SOE站、操作站、检测单元与执行机构等组成。根据工艺和设备具体要求设计了系统控制逻辑,基于Tristation1131设计了控制软件的各个模块。应用Intouch设计了友好的人机界面;进行了系统调试。该系统已经应用现场,取得了预期效果。
Aiming at the hydrocracking unit and its productive process in specific petrochemical enterprise, an emergency shutdown ( ESD ) system is designed and implemented. The system hardware is configured with Tricon ; it is composed of main system, engineer station, SOE station, operator stations, detection units and actuators, etc. The control logic of the system is designed in accordance with the specific requirements of technological process and equipment. The modules of the control software are designed by adopting Tristation1131, and the user-friendly man machine interface is designed with lntouch. The system has been tested and operated in the field with expectation effects.
