全叶榕营养成分分析及黄酮的测定 被引量:1

摘要 以野生全叶榕Ficus pandurata var.hoiophylla为研究对象,对其叶、茎、根的营养成分、氨基酸组成、矿质元素等进行了分析。同时对全叶榕叶茎根的总黄酮含量进行了测定。结果发现:叶的蛋白质、粗脂肪、粗纤维、可溶性总糖、游离氨基酸总量和水浸出物分别为174.6,14.3,167.4,171.4,2.2和257.7 g.kg-1,维生素C质量分数为241.3 mg.kg-1,矿质元素铬、锰、铁、铜、锌、砷、硒、银、镉、汞和铅的质量分数分别为16.14,551.76,1 060.78,22.79,218.42,2.85,3.32,0.95,4.75,0.75和12.82 mg.kg-1;茎的蛋白质、粗脂肪、粗纤维、可溶性总糖、游离氨基酸总量和水浸出物分别为71.9,5.2,450.7,161.9,1.6和123.7 g.kg-1,维生素C质量分数为135.6mg.kg-1,矿质元素铬、锰、铁、铜、锌、砷、硒、银、镉、汞和铅的质量分数分别为17.18,56.64,550.14,12.53,82.64,1.86,0.00,19.03,1.86,2.32和6.96 mg.kg-1。根的粗纤维、蛋白质、可溶性总糖、粗脂肪、游离氨基酸、水浸出物等的质量分数分别为368.2,91.1,149.9,7.4,3.4,170.3 g.kg-1,维生素C质量分数为140.4 mg.kg-1,矿质元素铬、锰、铁、铜、锌、砷、硒、银、镉、汞和铅质量分数分别为5.44,72.47,672.38,23.16,461.41,2.57,1.72,0.86,5.58,0.85和29.16 mg.kg-1。全叶榕的叶茎根的总黄酮分别为20.85,7.44和22.02 mg.kg-1。全叶榕具有一定的营养保健功能。 Nutritional components,amino acid and mineral elements composition in leaves,stem and roots of Ficus pandurata var.hoiophylla were thoroughly investigated.To further our study,we also measured the content of flavonoid in this plant.The results were as follows: in leafs,the contents of crude protein,crude fat, crude fiber,total sugar,free amino acid and aqueous extracts were 174.6,14.3,167.4,171.4,2.2 and 257.7 g·kg-1 respectively,and vitamin C content was 241.3 mg·kg-1;the contents of mineral elements including Cr,Mn,Fe,Cu,Zn,As,Se,Ag,Cd,Hg and Pb were 16.14,551.76,1 060.78,22.79,218.42, 2.85,3.32,0.95,4.75,0.75,12.82 mg·kg-1 respectively.In stems,the detectable contents of protein, crude fat,crude fiber,total sugar,free amino acid and aqueous extracts were 71.9,5.2,450.7,161.9,1.6, 123.7 g·kg-1 respectively,and vitamin C 135.6 mg·kg-1.Measurable contents of Cr,Mn,Fe,Cu,Zn,As, Se,Ag,Cd,Hg and Pb were 17.18,56.64,550.14,12.53,82.64,1.86,0.00,19.03,1.86,2.32 and 6.96 mg·kg-1 respectively.In roots,the contents of crude fiber,crude protein,total sugar,crude fat,free amino acid and aqueous extracts were 368.2,91.1,149.9,7.4,3.4 and 170.3 g·kg-1 respectively and vitamin C 140.4 mg·kg-1.Detectable contents of Cr,Mn,Fe,Cu,Zn,As,Se,Ag,Cd,Hg and Pb were 15.44,72.47,672.38,23.16,461.41,2.57,1.72,0.86,5.58,0.85 and 29.16 mg·kg-1 respectively.Finally, we investigated the total flavonoid contents of Ficus pandurata var.hoiophylla in leaves,stem,and roots,which were 20.85,7.44 and 22.02 mg·kg-1 respectively.The findings indicated that Ficus pandurata var.hoiophylla played a positive role in health protection for its nutritive value.
