摘要
提出了一种荧光猝灭测定蛋白质的新方法 .茜素与牛血清白蛋白反应导致其荧光猝灭 .茜素的最大激发波长和发射波长分别在 4 6 5nm和 52 0 nm.在最佳实验条件下 ,牛血清白蛋白在 4 .5~ 10 0 μg· m L-1范围内成直线关系 .其检测限为 4 .5μg· m L-1,相对标准偏差分别为 4 .5% (30μg· m L-1牛血清白蛋白 )和 2 .6 % (6 0 μg· m L-1牛血清白蛋白 ) .
WT5”BZ ] A new method for rapid determination of bovine serum albumin (BSA) was developed on the basis of its quenching effect to the fluorescence from Alizarin (AZ). Th e maximum excitation and emission wavelengths are at 465 nm and 520 nm respectiv ely. Under the optimal conditions, the calibration graph is linear over the rang e of 4.5~100 μg·mL -1 of BSA. The detection limit(3σ) was 4.5 g·mL -1 of BSA. The relative standard deviations were 4.5% (30 μg·mL -1 of BSA) and 2.6%(60 μg·mL -1 of BSA). [WT5”HZ]
