摘要
用不同浓度的烯效唑进行浸种处理 ,探讨其对生态雄性不育系小麦的生物学效应 .测定了不同处理的植株的生物学性状和可溶性糖、淀粉、蛋白质、叶绿素、游离氨基酸总量等生理生化指标 .结果表明 :适当浓度的烯效唑能促进发芽 ,矮化植株 ,增加生物量 ,提高可溶性糖、淀粉、叶绿素的含量 ,降低可溶性蛋白和游离氨基酸的含量 .
In the paper, the influence of uniconazole on ecological male sterile line was studied by saturating wheat seed with various concentration of uniconazole. The biological character of the plant, content of soluble carbohydrate, starch, protein, chlorophyll and amino acid, etc. are assayed. The results showed:germination was promoted, plant was stunting, biomass increasing was inareascd, the content of soluble carbohydrate, starch and chlorophyll were raised the content of soluble protein and free amino acid were reduced when whaat weed was treated with moderate uniconazole.
