摘要
随着时代发展,以顾客为中心的六西格玛(6δ)全面质量管理理念逐渐从企业管理界引入高等教学质量管理中,为解决高校教学质量管理中遇到的问题提供了新的思路。本文以中医药高等学校药理学教学为研究对象,探讨6δ质量管理法在药理学教学质量提高过程中的作用及运用。
Six Sigma (6B) quality management strategies is a business management strategy and seeks to improve the quality of process outputs by identifying and removing the causes of defects and minimizing variability in manufacturing and business processes. Today, 68 quality management has been extended to other types of processes including teaching quality management in colleges and universities, and provided fresh new ideas to solve the problems encountered in the management of teaching quality. In this paper, we focus on improving the teaching quality of pharmacology in the colleges and universities of Chinese medicine, and study the effect and application of 68 in the teaching of pharmacology.
