摘要
院前急救对于突发疾病或者遭遇意外创伤的病人来说至关重要,是急诊医疗体系的首要环节和重要基础。由于院前急救存在突发性和很多不确定因素,院前急救护士承担着巨大的身心压力。必须重视护士所面临的压力,从多个角度入手,提高护士的应对能力,以缓解压力,维护健康。
Pre - hospital emergency and critically ill patients on the way is medical activities for monitoring acute of scene of the incident. It is essential for patients with sudden illness or accident trauma, and it is the primary link and an important foundation for the emergency medical system. Because there is a sudden and a lot of uncertainty in pre- hospital emergency, pre- hospital emergency nurses bear the enormous physical and mental pressure. We must pay attention to the pressure faced by the nurses, start from various angles to improve the response capacity of nurses, and so as to ease the pressure and maintain their health.
