摘要
研究了事故预案的性质,提出了事故预案具有层次性、集合性、时效性、主次性等4个基本属性,在编制中应充分考虑预案的针对性、操作性、全面性、可行性等4个特性,推荐了一种事故预案编制程序。
Characteristics of accident beforehand case were studied. It is pointed out that it has four basic properties of level, collection, time and primary or secondary. A program of its compilation was recommended also.
