摘要
目的:用于大型灾难事故、突发事件,保证抢救时护理人力资源的供应,使病人能得到及时、快速、有效、准确的整体救治。方法:分组法:根据科室人力资源情况将全体护士分组安排,并制定各组职责,每组选取一名责任心强的护士担任该组的组长。结果:257位病人都能得到及时有效的护理。结论:急救护理应急预案采用分组法安排人力,使得整个救护过程人力充足,护士分工明确,任务清晰,充分的发挥了有限人力资源的作用,使病人能得到及时、快速、有效、准确的整体护理,为抢救、治疗赢得了时间,最大限度的降低了死亡率和伤残率。
Objective： To explore the nursing team applied in big disaster, accident to assure the supply of rescue nursing resource, to make sure the patients can be treated in time, rapidly, effectively and correctively. Method： The nurse staff was divided into groups according to the department human resource, and a team leader was elected who was a responsible nurse. Result： 257 patients all were treated and nursing cared effecfly in time. Conclusion： Nursing team applied in the emergency - nursing plan to arrange nurse staff can assure the resource sufficient during the rescue period, nurses have specific tasks and clear responsibility, fully made advantage of limited human resources, which enable prompt, effective and accurate uniformed care ,while winning precious time amid rescue mission which minimize mortality and invalidity.
