摘要
新媒介的出现为高校大学生提供了自由获取舆论信息的便捷条件,也给高校舆论安全管理带来了极大的挑战。新媒介环境下,高校可通过改变传统的舆论引导观念及机制、成立舆论安全管理小组并设置舆情监测专员、将媒介素养教育纳入思政教育中、完善具有舆论引导作用的校园新媒介体系等途径,实现校园舆论安全的构建。
The emergence of new media has not only provided free access for college students to public information and convenient, but brought great challenges to the public safety manage- ment of institutions of higher learning. Under the new media environment, colleges and univer- sities can realize campus public safety＇s construction by the following means changing the traditional public opinion guiding concept and mechanism, establishing public security manage- ment teams and setting up public opinion monitoring officers, taking the media literacy educa- tion into the ideological and political course, and perfecting the new media system on campus with guiding role of public opinion etc..
