摘要
目的探讨负压封闭引流(vacuum sealing drainage,VSD)技术在结直肠癌术后切口愈合不良中的应用价值及效果。方法将53例结直肠癌术后切口愈合不良的患者分为VSD组和对照组,VSD组29例采用负压封闭引流技术治疗,对照组24例采用传统常规换药处理,两组二期均行手术治疗。结果 VSD组在换药次数、换药时间、住院天数及愈合率等方面均优于常规换药组(P<0.05)。结论负压封闭引流技术能够快速优化切口条件,促进肉芽组织生长,为二期手术提供条件,具有一定的临床应用价值。
Objective To investigate the application and the clinical of the vacuum sealing drainage （VSD） in delayed wound healing after radical resection of colorectal carcinoma. Methods 53 patients were divided into VSD group and control group, VSD group patients using vacuum sealing drainage therapy and control group using the traditional change dressings treatment. Results The changing dressing days, times and hospitalized days in VSD group were significantly less than those in control group （ P 〈0.05）, and the wound healing rate in VSD group markedly better than that in the control（ P 〈0.05 ）. Conclusion The ap- plication of VSD could improve wound condition and enhancement the proliferation of granulation tissue, and provide good condition for second suture.
