摘要 目的 探索对中老年 2型糖尿病切实有效的营养干预措施。方法 选取临床确诊的非住院 2型糖尿病患者 6 0例 ,采用配对设计分为干预组和对照组。干预组除给予药物治疗外还采取膳食指导、营养教育咨询、配制食谱等干预措施 ,对照组为单纯药物治疗组。结果 采用营养干预措施后干预组与对照组比较 ,空腹血糖、餐后 2小时血糖、糖基化血红蛋白、血清胆固醇、甘油三酯等指标均有显著降低。结论  2型糖尿病患者在使用药物治疗同时注意合理饮食和营养 ,对改善 2型糖尿病临床症状 ,控制血糖 ,延缓糖尿病并发症的发生 ,有明显的促进作用。 Objective To investigate the effective prevention and cure of the middle aged and old type 2 DM patients. Methods To sample 60 patients randomly who were made a definite diagnosis. They were divided into the intervention group and the control group by adopting mate pair designing. In addition to medicine treatment, the patients in the intervention group were given diet guide, counsel of nutritional advice and so on. The data were analyzed by matched t test and χ 2 test. Results Comparison with the control group, the fasting blood glucose, blood sugar 2 hours after meal, hemoglobin of glycosylation, and cholesterol as well as triglyceride in serum were significantly lower in the intervention group. Conclusions The type 2 DM patients who paid more attention to the rational diet and nutrition had better promotion in clinical symptoms, to control the lever of blood sugar and to delay the complication of diabetes.
