摘要
研究社会管理创新的地方试点及经验有着深刻的背景、意义和价值。充分归纳和提炼地方试点的典型经验、典型模式和创新规律,有助于人们从战略性、全局性的角度把握社会管理创新的方向,萃取和构建中国特色的社会管理创新模式和创新理论,推进秩序取向的顶层设计和福利诉求的地方创新愿景深入耦合,最终构建互联、互补、互动的政策创新机制,实现社会和谐稳定。
It has a deep background, meaning and value to study on the local pilot and experience of social management innovation. Adequately induction and refining typical local pilot experience, modes and innovation laws, can help us firstly to grasp the direction of social management innovation from a strategic, global perspective; secondly to extract and build China＇s social management innovation mode and theory; thirdly to couple the top--level design of the ＂order＂ orientation with the local--level demand of the ＂welfare＂ vision; finally to construct an interconnected, mutual complementary, interactive policy innovation mechanism, and achieve social harmony.
