摘要
以二烯丙基二甲基氯化铵为原料,过硫酸钾(KPS)为引发剂,采用梯度升温的方法合成出了高分子量的聚二烯丙基二甲基氯化铵,并将其应用于AKD的熟化促进剂。结果表明:单体浓度为60%,引发剂过硫酸钾(KPS)用量为0.2%(/单体质量),反应体系pH值为5,Na4ED-TA用量为0.003%(/单体质量),合成出了高特性粘度的PDMDAAC;在乳化AKD过程中加入少量的PDMDAAC,其施胶效果较未添加PDMDAAC的效果更佳。
By using diallyl dimethyl ammonium chloride (DM- DAAC) as a monomer, and the potassium persulfate (KPS) as a initiator, poly diallyl dimethyl ammonium chloride (PDMDAAC) with high molecular weight was synthesized by the method of gradually increasing temperature. The results were shown as follows: The initial concentration of monomer was 60%. The dosage of the potassium persulfate (KPS) was 0.2% compared to monomer amount. The pH value of the reaction system was 5. The dosage of the Na4EDTA is 0.003% of monomer amount. The application of PDMDAAC in emulsion process was discussed. The sizing effect was better than the AKD emulsion without PDMDAAC.
