摘要 研究了自制的聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(PDADMAC)在高DCS、高无机盐电解质、高剪切力作用和一定pH值下对CPAM助留助滤效果的影响。研究结果表明,PDADMAC对DCS有较强的捕集能力,用量为0.1%时,滤水时间缩短22%,滤液浊度降低58.9%。在高盐含量下,CPAM的助滤功能基本丧失,加入PDADMAC能强化CPAM对浆料的滤水性能和降低滤液浊度。剪切力对PDADMAC滤水时间和滤液浊度影响较小,pH值在7~8之间、PDADMAC用量0.075%左右时,CPAM对浆料的助留助滤效果较好。 In this paper, the effect of Poly-diallyldimethylammonium chlofidemonomer (PDADMAC) which was prepared in the lab on the performance of CPAM as retention and drainage aids in the environment of high DCS content, high inorganic salt content, high shear force and certain pH value was studied. The results showed that PDADMAC has excellent capability to trap DCS. At the same coalition, the drainage time reduces 28%, and the turbidity of white water increases 58.9% when 0.1% dosage of PDADMAC is added. The drainage function of CPAM almost loses in the high inorganic content condition, however a little PDADMAC addition can overcome the problem. The retention and drainability are not affected by shear force. The better retention and drainability of PDADMAC is'at pH value 7-8, and the suitable dosage of PDADMAC is 0.075%.
