摘要
目的了解艾滋病病毒(HIV)感染者生存质量及影响因素。方法应用WHOQOL-BREF量表中文版对深圳市福田区160例HIV感染者和195名健康人进行调查。结果 HIV感染者生理领域、心理领域、社会关系领域、环境领域平均得分分别为(14.69±2.58)分、(13.76±2.06)分、(13.11±1.31)分、(12.69±2.32)分,总分(54.25±6.05)分;其在生理、心理、环境和总分得分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。影响生存质量的主要因素有性别、年龄、CD4细胞数、婚姻状况、文化程度、职业、收入。结论 HIV感染者的生存质量下降,应该加强对该人群的关爱,提高生存质量。
Objective To assess the quality of life and its influential factors among HIV-infected people. Methods A total of 160 HIV-infected people and 195 healthy subjects were evaluated for their life qualities by using the Chinese edition of WHOQOL-BREF in Futian district of Shenzhen. Results Physiological, psychological, social and environmental scores of HIV-infeeted people were 14.69±2.58, 13.76±2.06, 13.11± 1.31,12.69 ±2.32, respectively, with a total score of 54.25 ±6.05. The scores of life quality of psychological, physiological and social environmental domains and the total score of HIV-infected people were lower than the control （P〈0.05）. The main factors that influenced life quality were gender, age, marital status, the number of CD4 cells, education level, occupation and income. Conclusion The life qualities of HIV-infeeted people decline, and should care for them to improve the quality of life.
