摘要
近年来,不断出现的食品安全问题引起了人们的重视,凸显了食品安全方面存在的一些漏洞。牛奶作为一种营养丰富、价格低廉的食品,其安全问题几乎牵涉到每一个人,而抗生素残留问题是牛奶安全问题中比较严重的一个。如何快速准确地检测牛奶中是否存在抗生素残留很重要。主要综述了检测牛奶中抗生素残留的不同方法及各自的特点。
In recent years ,the emerging food safety issues attract attention and highlight the loopholes in food safety. As a nutritious inexpensive food, milk safety issues almost involve everyone. One of the more serious problems is antibiotic residues in milk. So it is important to choose a proper method to detect the antibiotic residues in milk exactly. The different methods of detection of antibiotic residues in milk and their respective characteristics were reviewed.
