摘要
载誉满堂的拉尔夫·华尔多·爱默生是十九世纪美国著名的哲学家、诗人、散文家和新英格兰超验主义思想家及实践家,其超验主义思想和中国儒家、道家思想之间有许多相通点和契合之处。论文关注其相似点的同时另辟蹊径,深刻挖掘了中西方思想相契合的主客观因素,为东西方文化之间的融合、碰撞、认知与接受提供了一个可靠的理论依据。
Ralph Waldo Emerson is a famous 19th century United States philosopher, poet, essayist, and New England transcendentalism thinker and practitioner. His transcendentalism and the thoughts of Chinese Confucianism and Taoism have many common points. This paper mainly focuses on the subjective and objective factors of their similarities, and provides a useful basis for the amalgamation, collision, cognition and acceptation of Eastern culture and Western culture.
