摘要
人力资源作为高新技术企业价值源泉,是企业赢得竞争优势和核心能力的保障。针对高新技术企业人力资源特点,以及高新技术企业人力资源管理的突出问题,提出了具体措施。
As a valuable source of high-tech enterprises,Human resources guarantee the competitive advantage and the core competencies of the enterprises.With the characteristics of high-tech enterprise human resources in mind,with the aim of dealing with the major problems of human resource management,specific and concrete measures are presented.
