摘要
本文分析了我国小微企业融资难的主要原因,介绍了国外的中小企业扶持制度,针对如何改善我国小微企业融资难等问题提出:成立小微企业管理局管理小微企业发展问题;利用间接融资加大对小微企业融资支持;大力扶持小微企业发展尖端技术,使小微企业成为创新尖端技术的生力军;建立信贷担保基金为小企业提供融资担保等建议。
The paper analyses the main causes of difficulties in financing of micro and small enterprises, introduces the support system for small and medium-sized enterprises in foreign countries. The paper finally puts forward that to improve the issue, the Administration of Micro and Small Enterprise should be set up to manage the issues like the development of those enterprises; the great support should be given to help those enterprises develop advanced techniques and to make them the main force of technology innovation; credit guarantee funds should be established to provide financing guarantee for small enterprises.
