摘要 近年来分子印迹技术被广泛地应用于各个领域的分离检测研究中,因其较普通的固相萃取技术分离效果好、稳定性好、可重复使用等突出特点被许多学者应用于食品、饲料添加剂及违禁添加物的检测研究。文章就分子印迹技术在食品及饲料安全检测领域的应用进行归纳总结,检测物质主要包括真菌毒素、工业色素、三聚氰胺、化学杀菌剂、防腐剂、抗生素等。 In recent years, molecular imprinting technology has been widely used in separation detection of var- ious fields. Molecular imprinting solid-phase extraction technology have been applied to the detection of additives and banned additives in food and feed because of its good separation effect, stability and repeatability. This paper sum- marized the application of the molecular imprinting technology to the food and feed safety detection, the detected substances mainly were mycotoxin, industrial pigment, cyanurotriamide, chemical disinfectant, antiseptics, antibiotics.
