Synthesis of Molecularly Imprinted Polymeric Microspheres with Ciprofloxacin as Template and the Study of Their Binding Characteristics

摘要 以甲基丙烯酸为功能单体,环丙沙星为模板分子,采用悬浮聚合的方法制备了球形分子印迹聚合物,并用扫描电镜对聚合物进行了表征;通过平衡吸附法研究了聚合物对模板分子及其类似物的吸附行为和选择识别能力.结果表明,实验所研究的分子印迹聚合物,吸附4 h后基本接近最大吸附量,其中模板分子、MMA和交联剂物质的量比为1∶6∶20的MIPMs2最大表观吸附量为183.18μmol/g,印迹因子为1.58,效果最佳.吸附过程存在两类结合位点,一类为特异性印迹吸附,另一类为非特异性吸附;该分子印迹聚合物有很好的选择吸附性和再生性,可用于环丙沙星药物的分析和分离. The molecularly imprinting microspheres(MIPMs) were prepared with suspension polymerization using ciprofloxacin as template and methacrylic acid as functional monomer. Polymers were characterized with IR and TGA. The batch way was used to investigate the selectively binding ability of the MIPMs for ciprofloxacin and analogue. Saturated amount of adsorption toward ciprofloxacin was finished in 4 houres. Imprinting factor and maximum surface adsorption quantity of MIPMs2 is 1.58 and 183.18 t^mol/g respectively with best imprinting effect. Scatchard analysis showed that two classes of binding sites were formed in the molecularly imprinting polymer under the studied condition. The results showed that the imprinted polymer exhibited a high selective binding for ciprofloxacin and reusable property could be applied for analysis and separation of ciprofloxacin.
