摘要 在国内高校普遍扩招的情况下,精英教育日渐转型为大众教育。然而高校如何将有限的教育资源加以优化配置以提升大学核心竞争力、如何提升人才培养质量等问题已成当务之急。哈佛大学作为世界顶尖高校,其人才培养战略极具代表性,引领着国际高等教育的发展潮流。哈佛历次课程改革和人才培养模式的战略调整,在崇尚学术自由的前提下,形成通识教育优先、教学方法创新、学术研究导向、培养模式务实等一系列人才培养经验,值得国内高校深入研究与发展借鉴。 In the context of general expansion in domestic colleges and universities, elite education has gradually transformed into public education. However, it has become vital how to optimize allocation of the limited resources and how to improve their competitiveness. As one of the world' s top universities, Harvard University, the training strategies of which are representative, takes a lead in the development of international higher education. With academic freedom, Harvard has gained in its previous curriculum reform and personnel training process a series of experience such as general education first, innovating in teaching method, emphasizing academic research, stressing personnel training, etc. These are good experiences and methods for us to learn in developing higher education in our universities.
