摘要
对Ф508-Ф660mm管线管,可以采用Ф720mm斜轧扩管机组、Ф1422mm JCOE焊管机组、Ф1626mm预精焊螺旋焊管机组和由660mmHFW焊管机组生产,但不同机组生产该直径范围管线管,其壁厚、长度、钢级、小时产量、原材料和主要能源介质消耗及生产成本各不相同。综合分析比较了4种不同生产方式的工艺特点、产品质量、能耗及生产成本等,认为采用Ф720mm斜轧扩管机组是最不经济合理的生产方法,最合理的生产方法是采用Ф660mmHFW焊管机组。
For producing Ф 508--Ф660 mm line pipe, it can adopt Ф720 mm oblique rolling pipe expanding unit, Ф 1 422 mm JCOE welded pipe unit, Ф 1 626 mm two step SAW pipe welding unit and Ф 660 mm HFW pipe unit. However, the differences exist in thickness, length, steel grade, hourly output, raw material, medium consumption of the main energy and the production cost. It comprehensively analyzed the process characteristics, product quality, energy consumption and production cost and others of the above 4 kinds of mode production units. It regards adopting Ф 720 mm oblique rolling pipe expanding unit is not the most economic and reasonable production method, but adopting the Ф 660 mm HFW pipe unit is the best one.
