摘要
由产学研合作教学入手,从教师自身工程素质的培育、知识结构更新、教学水平的提高、教学模式改革、实践教学条件改善等方面,深刻探析了产学研合作对高校工程应用型创新人才培养的重要作用;具体介绍了上海理工大学利用产学研合作平台,大力培养工程应用型创新人才的做法和成果。
The authors carry out an in-depth analysis of cooperative education between academia and enterprises. The teachers＇ qualification, the update of knowledge structure, the upgrade of teaching level, innovation of teaching mode and improvement of education conditions and enterprise-academia cooperation play an important role in the education of engineering application-oriented students. The authors atso introduce the achievements of cooperative learning program of the University of Shanghai for Science and Technology.
