摘要
石羊盐井的开采历史久远,汲卤方法、筒子锅煎盐、成盐类型别具地域特色,构成了石羊传统的盐井制盐技艺,同时衍生出诸多反映石羊制盐生活的诗词书画。石羊传统的制盐技艺具有深厚的历史文化价值;在顺应自然、节能与保质方面,又呈现出其独特的科学价值。虽然石羊传统制盐技艺在现代社会中,已失去它生存的土壤,但作为石羊独特地域文化资源,通过合理利用逐渐转化为旅游文化资源,体现了它的经济价值。今天,石羊传统制盐技艺作为地域性的文化符号,正向现实价值转变。
Shiyang has a long history in well salt production. The regional brine-drawing method, pot boiling method and salt products have formed the traditional salt-making technique of Shiyang. Meanwhile, many works of poetry, painting and calligraphy derived from this process reflect the life in Shiyang salt production. The traditional technique does not have a profound historical and cultural value, but also shows the unique scientific value in adaptation to nature, energy saving and food preservation. Although it has lost its living space in modern society, the economic value of the unique regional culture resources will manifest itself through rational utilization and transformation into cultural tourism resources. Today, as a regional cultural symbol, the traditional salt-making technique of Shiyang is transforming its cultural value into realistic value.
