摘要
H.264/AVC提出的码率控制算法不能有效处理场景切换,因此导致关于场景切换的解码图像质量下降。为了解决该问题,文章提出了一种自适应控制算法来提高场景切换点的图像质量,使用像素不同灰度值来检测场景切换序列,如果检测到场景切换,根据场景切换点在视频图像组(GOP)中的位置,动态地改变GOP结构和长度的资源再分配。结果表明,该算法可以有效减少场景切换对图像编码质量的影响。
The rate control algorithm that H.264/AVC proposed can not effectively deal with scene change,therefore,the quality of the decoding image of the scene change point will decline.To solve the problem effectively,an adaptive rate control algorithm to improve the image quality of the scene change point is proposed.The method of the difference of pixel gray value is used to detect the scene change sequence,and if the scene change is detected,the structure and length of group of picture(GOP) are dynamically changed for the redistribution of resources according to the position of the switching point in GOP.Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm can effectively reduce the impact of the scene change on the image encoding quality.
