摘要
为了探明不同钠盐胁迫中华羊茅种子的萌发特性,采用实验室发芽试验研究了不同中性盐(NaCl)和碱性盐(NaHCO3和Na2CO3)胁迫对中华羊茅种子发芽率、胚芽长、胚根长等的影响。结果表明:1)3种钠盐胁迫下,中华羊茅种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数和活力指数均随着盐浓度的升高而降低。2)当NaCl浓度≤200mmol/L、NaHCO3≤100mmol/L、Na2CO3≤50mmol/L时,中华羊茅种子可正常萌发;当NaCl浓度为300mmol/L、NaHCO3为150mmol/L、Na2CO3为100mmol/L时,种子萌发明显受到抑制;当NaCl浓度为500mmol/L、NaHCO3为300mmol/L、Na2CO3为150mmol/L时,种子不发芽,并且随着3种盐浓度的继续增高,胚芽生长迅速下降,而胚根的生长也呈下降趋势;在NaCl浓度为50mmol/L时,种子的胚根生长较对照略高。
The influence of NaC1 stress, NaHCOa stress and Na2C()3 stress on seed germination rate, plumule length and radical length of F. sinensis was studied through a germination test in the laboratory to explore the seed germination characteristics of F. sinensis under different sodium salt stress. Results: 1) The F. sinensis seeds could germinate naturally when NaC1 concentration- 200 mmol/L, NaHCO: concentration 100 mmol/L and Na2 CO3 concentration 50 mmol/L. The seed germination was significantly inhibited when NaC1 concentration= 300 mmol/L, NaHCOa concentration 150 mmol/L and Na2CO3 concentration= 100 mmol/L. And the seeds NaHCO3 concentration = 300 did not germinate when NaC concentration= 500 and Na2 CO3 concentration = 150 mmol/L. The plumule length and radical length decreased rapidly with the increasing of sodium salt concentration. The radical growth was slightly higher than the control when NaC1 concentration was 50 mmol/L.
