摘要
抗菌肽是存在于动植物、昆虫、微生物等生物体内,具有抗菌活性的肽类物质。CGA-N46是一种抗真菌多肽。利用生物信息学工具分析CGA-N46,发现CGA-N46等电点为7.38,分子质量为5.363ku,为亲水蛋白,二级结构为α螺旋,有两个磷酸化位点,无糖基化位点、信号肽序列和跨膜区。通过对CGA-N46结构与性质的分析,推测其可能作用于细胞壁或某些生物分子,致使菌体死亡。
Antimicrobial peptides are peptides which exist in animals, plants, insects and microbectera, and have antimicrobial activities. CGA-N46 is an antifungal peptide. We comprehensively utilized many kinds of bioinformatics tools to analysis CGA-N46. The results showed that isoelectric point is 7.38, molecular weight is 5. 363 ku. CGA-N46 is hydrophilic protein, and the secondary structure is s-helix. CGA-N46 has two phosphorylation site, no glycosylation sites, no signal peptide sequence and transmembrane domain. Accoriding to the analyzed structure and properties,we predicted that CGA-N46 could kill bactera though cell wall or some biological molecules.
