摘要
通过抗菌活性试验筛选了具有窄谱特性的抗菌肽,并分析了其溶血性.结果表明:抗菌肽C仅对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌具有抗菌活性,而对其他6种革兰阴性菌、2种革兰阳性菌和3种真菌没有抗菌活性,对兔红细胞有较低的溶血性.结果为临床用药提供了帮助.
To screen the antimicrobial peptide with narrow spectrum,the antimicrobial peptides were screened with narrow spectrum characteristics through the antibacterial activity test,and its hemolytisis was analyzed.The results showed that the antibacterial peptide C had antibacterial activity only on Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus, but had no antibacterial activity on the other six kinds of Gram-negative bacteria,two kinds of Gram-positive bacteria and three kinds of fungi,and had lower hemolytic on rabbit red blood cells.The result provides help for chnical medication.
