摘要
测定了灵芝菌液及灵芝菌片中灵芝多糖及总糖的含量 ,方法简便快速 ,灵敏度高 ,重现性好。考虑其他因素干扰 ,灵芝菌制剂以灵芝多糖作为质控指标较为客观、合理。
The quantity of Ganodermic polysaccharide and total saccharides in Lingzhi fermented liquid and tablet are determined. The method are rapid, sensitive and reproducible.
